About Sian
I spent years building - a career, a studio, a brand, a reputation - and still felt like I was performing a version of ambition rather than living inside it. I’d done everything right. I just hadn’t done everything mine.
Before Norah &, I spent a decade inside UK government delivering large-scale change programmes. Senior Project Manager. High-stakes environments. Complex systems. The kind of work where ambiguity costs money and indecision costs people. That rigour didn’t leave me when I built my own business - it became the backbone of everything I do.
I ran Norah Rose Design for years - interior design, staging, brand work, vendor visualisation for developers and high-net-worth investors. I also built stor.ree, a luxury fragrance brand. I’ve sat exactly where you’re sitting: creative business, real ambition, not quite enough infrastructure to match it.
Now I work with women who are ready to stop building businesses that don’t fully reflect what they’re capable of. I bring the commercial rigour of large-scale strategic delivery and the lived experience of someone who has actually done this - not just advised on it.
I’m not a coach who got good at coaching. I’m someone who got good at building things that work - and decided that was worth sharing.
